Satisfaction Surveys
Students complete a number of satisfaction surveys during their time at University. We like to digest the information to indentify the areas where the University do well and the areas that they need to improve.
National Student Survey
The National Student Survey (NSS) is a survey that targets final year, undergraduate students in the UK. It provides them with an opportunity to feed back on their academic experience. Ipsos MORI, an independent market research agency, conduct the survey.
The results from survey are used to formulate Key Information Sets (KIS) that help potential students compare courses across the UK. They are also used to help rank insitutitions in leagues tables.
