Afro-Caribbean Society is here to create a space where students all student, especially those of African and Caribbean heritage can connect, celebrate our rich cultures, and share experiences. It’s a community where we can discuss our shared challenges, showcase our traditions, and support each other academically and personally. The society would also serve as a platform to educate and engage the wider student body, fostering inclusivity and raising awareness about Afro-Caribbean history, art, and culture. Ultimately, we aim to build a strong, united network that empowers us all while enriching the university experience for everyone.
Expect events such as:
- Weekly socials
- Games nights
- Pot Luck Dinners
- Local trips
We don't have anything planned right now but check back soon!
