We are aware that at approximately 00:30 on Thursday 30th October that many students may have recieved an email that appeared to come from the sucomms@angliastudent.com email address.

The Students' Union would like to make it clear they are not the sender, and that the email address had been used fraudulently to contact students.

The services that were advertised on that email breach academic guidelines set out by Anglia Ruskin University to ensure fairness for all students.

We would ask that students delete the email in question and do not attempt to respond to the sender.

We are looking into how this may have happened and will aim to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
