Christmas always comes early at the Students’ Union. Decorations go up around campus and we’re getting ready for a packed programme of festive events! Here’s what’s we have in store for you across the Students’ Union this November and December.

The Giving Tree | 18 Nov – 13 Dec
Pull a tag from the Giving Tree’s branches and give someone the best gift ever. You can find the tree in the SU space in Tindal building.

Ice Skating at Riverside | Friday 22 Nov | £5
Step out onto the ice and glide into the festive season. Skate rental included in ticket price.

Gingerbread House Making Competition | Monday 25 Nov | Free
Gather a team of festive builders and compete to earn the Christmas crown. Can YOU build the best gingerbread house?

Winter Market | Tuesday 26 Nov | Free
A cozy day of student stalls, hot chocolate and a festive petting zoo. The perfect event to find a unique gift or feel the festive spirit.

LUSH experts will help you craft the perfect bath bomb, whether it’s a gift for someone else or just an excuse to treat yourself.

Christmas Crafternoon | Tuesday 3 December | Free
Get into the holiday spirit and unleash your creativity at our Christmas Crafternoon! Join us for a festive day of crafting fun as we make beautiful, handmade holiday decorations and gifts. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a beginner, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

92 After Dark: Drag Me to Christmas Bingo | Thursday 5 December | £5
Back by popular demand, Stealia Jobs is back at the 92 for the campest game of bingo ever - with a festive twist! Accompanied by drag performances, stage games and some fantastic prizes to win including an Amazon Alexa and a £50 ASOS voucher.

92 After Dark: Sleigh Queen! Bottomless Drinks Party | Friday 13 December | £25
