The Students’ Union will close its doors for the festive season at 17:00 on 19 December and open again at 09:00 on 2 January. During that period, students will still be able to access the SU space but services from the SU office and reception desk will be suspended.

While the SU is closed, there are other services around campus that you can contact for assistance. If you need to get in touch with a member of the residential team please visit their Who To Ask page. The security team will also be active on campus and can be contacted on 01223 417734 (Cambridge) or 01245 493131 (Chelmsford). There is further information available from ARU detailing their support over the holiday season. 

If you’re staying locally or on campus over Christmas, join ARU in the SU space for a Winter Warm Up on 18 December from 11:00-15:00. This event takes place at the same time in both Cambridge and Chelmsford. Drop in for some free pizza, snacks, games and a visit from the therapy dogs.
