Dear Students,

During my election campaign, I had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of you. Many of you mentioned the lack of food variety on our campuses, and I made it my top priority to address this concern once I assumed office.

I collaborated closely with the catering team to create a survey to gather your feedback and understand your dietary needs and preferences. We received 966 responses, providing us with valuable insights. Based on this feedback, I worked with the catering team to introduce over a dozen new menu items from around the world.

Additionally, we made sure that all food items are clearly labelled with major dietary requirements. Given the significant Muslim population at ARU, we have also ensured that our food offerings include halal options and is now clearly labelled. This is a landmark achievement for our community.

I want to extend my gratitude to all of you who participated in the survey. Your input was crucial in supporting our efforts to enhance the experience on campus.
