Excellent Guest Speaker event in Anglia Ruskin University Charterhouse campus. This event was created by the Hospitality Society  for the benefit of ARU students that had the opportunity to engage with our guest speaker Harold Louviot. The guest speaker Harold Louviot is the Manager of the restaurant Mandarin Oriental in Mayfair  and has also been the Director of a Michelin Star Restaurant. In the event, Harold has shared information and usefull tips from his own experience with our hospitality students, and also shared his career path towards the position that he has today in the industry. In the event students had the opportunity to learn from a specialized hospitality professional, and also ask questions about current restaurant trends in the hospitality industry. As the first Guest Speaker Event of The Hospitality Society,  it has been very sucessful as the event had an attendance of 25 students. Special thanks to Mr. Paul Evans the chair of the Institute of Hospitality and Alexander Muir who have supported the event and the Hospitality Society.
