RUNNING EVENTS
For each event your society organises, you must have:
What's On Calendar Event
using the 'events' tab on your committee admin tools.
Risk Assessment
(submitted at least 3 weeks before the event).
Room Booking - if you require a room on campus
(submitted at least 3 week before the event).
Guest Speaker Form - if you're hosting an external speaker, you will need to submit your guest speaker form at least 4 weeks before the event.
If you're hosting an internal speaker, you will need to submit your guest speaker form at least 2 weeks before the event.
