Mats and blocks provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in, feel free to bring a blanket for relaxation at the end of the session.
All abilities welcome. This class is based on Hatha Yoga, with some flow and Yin Yoga / breathwork.
Please let your instructor know at the beginning of the session if you have any injuries or limitations they should be aware of, everyone is encouraged to work within their own comfort zone, and should not feel pain during practice.
