Cambridge CARE Cafe
Term Time: Wednesdays 12:00 – 13:30
The Street, Ground Floor, Helmore Building
Come and visit our CARE Cafe hosted by your Peer Wellbeing Mentors
This is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions or activities or just have a quiet drink and a snack.
Drop into our weekly CARE cafe on The Helmore Street (Ground Floor, Helmore) to connect with like-minded students. These sessions provide an opportunity to meet new people, share interests, skills and wellbeing tips in an informal space to help boost your mood. It’s OK not to be OK, so you don’t have to be in a good mood to come along to the CARE Cafe- but we hope everyone will leave feeling better than when they arrived.
We hope to see you there.
ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors who host these sessions are current ARU students who are here to help you through your ARU experience. The Peer Wellbeing Mentors provide drop-in sessions, fun activities and info on ARU's Counselling and Wellbeing Services.
They are here happy to listen to and signpost to the appropriate support.
