Cambridge Students: Wellbeing Hangout with optional Study Sessions

Cambridge Students: Get involved with our wellbeing hangout with optional study session.

Keep motivated with your studies/ deadlines and exams by joining our Peer Wellbeing Mentor wellbeing hangout and study session.

Wednesday 16:00 - 19:00 (Term time)
Helmore Building: Room Hel 342

These sessions will be guided by ARU’s Peer Wellbeing Mentors.

Join your Peer Wellbeing Mentors and other students on Wednesday Evenings for a focussed and productive study session using the Pomodoro Technique; a method perfect for maintaining concentration. Whether you are tackling tough topics or just need to stay on track, this session will help you stay motivated. Let's power through our tasks together and make studying more manageable!

The Peer Wellbeing Mentors will be on hand to help you set study goals so you can focus on your personally identified objectives in a quiet space. They'll also encourage you to take study breaks to help you stay focused, and you can meet with them throughout the session to talk about how things are going and get study tips if you need them.

Drinks and snacks will be provided to keep your brain fuelled.

Look after your wellbeing this trimester by meeting other students

Looking after your personal wellbeing is very important. It’s important to stay connected with the ARU community and other students.

Come and join the Peer Wellbeing Mentors and other students for a chat over a drink and biscuit.
