Wellness in the Wild: Foraging for Wellbeing
Last Thursday of the month
31 October  2024
11:00 – 13:00 (meet at the front doors of the Students’ Union at 11:00)
Hosted by Earth and Mind with your Peer Wellbeing Mentors

Discover the wonders of nature with our monthly foraging workshops! On the last Thursday of every month, join Earth and Mind and your Peer Wellbeing Mentors as we explore Mill Road Cemetery in search of medicinal plants and wild foods. Led by Earth & Mind, this hands-on workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn about the natural remedies and edible treasures hidden in our surroundings. Spend time outdoors, gain practical knowledge, and connect with others who share your interest in nature.

Join us in learning new skills, connecting with nature, and improving your wellbeing!

We hope to see you there.

ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentors are current ARU students who are here to help you through your ARU experience.
