Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.
Procrastination is the act of delaying or putting off tasks until the last minute. Although common and normal, mindfulness and relaxation can help you to overcome procrastination and increase motivation to deal with your to-do list.
In this session you will be guided through a range of meditation exercises which focus on improving procrastination.
Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.
This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day
