Feeling stressed or need to let off some steam? Join us on the Medical School Grass for an exhilarating and cathartic experience at the Rage Room with us at SU! This event is your chance to safely smash, break, and destroy a variety of items in a controlled environment, helping you release that built-up tension in a fun and therapeutic way.
Activities include:

Smash Sessions: Equipped with safety gear, you’ll get to smash old electronics, plates, glassware, and more. The louder, the better!

Custom Destruction Packages: Choose from a variety of packages and materials to break, from simple objects to more intense items.

Stress Relief: Let go of your frustrations in a safe, supportive environment while having an absolute blast.
This is a first-come, first-served event, so be sure to grab your spot early! Bring your friends for an unforgettable, stress-busting experience. No previous smashing experience required—just bring your energy and a willingness to break things!
Note: Protective gear, such as goggles and gloves, will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting dirty.
It is likely that at ARU Students' Union events photography or filming will take place. At all ticketed events by purchase of the ticket you agree that you are happy for any video footage, stills or photographs taken during the event to be used on ARU Students' Union's online platforms or in print to publicise ARU Students' Union for commercial and fundraising purposes including, but not limited to, television broadcasts, advertising, publications, marketing material, personalised direct mail and other documents that may be made available to the public.
In the case of non-ticketed events, your attendance acts as agreement to the above. If you do not wish to be filmed the photographer/videographer should be informed at the start of the event.
