What is the event?
The ARU Connect Challenge is a student competition where participants work in groups of three to plan an engaging event aimed for building a sense of belonging and community at ARU. Students will be asked to propose:
- A detailed description of the event and its aim
- Financial cost estimates
- Location planning
- Logistics arrangements
- Promotional content and marketing strategies
To aid their presentation, participants will be provided with chart paper to create a poster as a visual aid.
Schedule:
12:00–12:30: Welcome and group formation
12:30–1:00: Food break
1:00–2:00: Group work on solutions
2:00–2:30: Poster creation and presenter selection
3:00: Presentations and judging
