Dear Students,

I am Sreya, an international student pursuing my MBA at ARU. Having been part of this community for some time, I understand the challenges students face and am dedicated to enhancing the overall university experience. University life is not just about academics; it plays a vital role in personal development, creating memories, and fostering various experiences. Together, let's learn, grow, and have fun.

Here's what I aim to do:

• Foster professional skills in students to boost their confidence in facing the job market.
• Organize career fair events to help students build networks and find mentors in their desired fields for guidance and support.
• Push for transparency and accountability in academic affairs, ensuring fair grading policies and student representation in curriculum development.
• Raise awareness about the university's comprehensive mental health and well-being programs, such as counseling services, workshops, and resources for all students.
• Promote diversity and inclusion through organizing cultural festivals and events to embrace our diverse student body.
• Implement campus-wide recycling programs, promote energy conservation, and encourage the use of sustainable transportation options.
• Advocate for the integration of environmental sustainability into the curriculum, promoting awareness and action on climate change and ecological conservation.
• Collaborate with local organizations and municipalities to organize community clean-up drives and tree-planting initiatives.
• Empower student clubs and societies by providing funding opportunities, logistical support, and training workshops for effective leadership and event management.
• Establish platforms for student-led initiatives and entrepreneurial endeavors, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration among peers.
