Great ARU students, Ladies, and Gentlemen, I, PATRICK ORANU stand before you today to humbly request your vote to elect me as the next Vice President representing the Faculty of Business and Law of this great citadel of learning at Anglia Ruskin University. It is not a gain-saying that the Students’ Union has been rolling out a lot of laudable activities to harness the social and mental potentials of the students, but the students seem to be so unconcerned with the happenings around the student body. The low turnout in the last freshers week is evident• Incorporating the leadership of each program and school representatives into the Union’s activities from the outset • Harnessing the leadership capabilities of the societies’ leaders into ARUSU activities • Encourage one-to-one interaction with the students right from induction activities • Use every social networking medium to create and sustain a synergy between the various societies and ARUSU • Encourage more participation of the students in sporting activities through the direct involvement of ARUSU • Involve the Union more in some academic enhancing resources and policies of the University • Create more avenues to gather and utilize innovative opinions from the student’s.

 CONCLUSION: Dear ARU students, vote for me PATRICK ORANU as Vice President, FACULTY OF BUSINESS AND LAW during the 2023 election and you will be happy you did. Thank you!
