WinS is a NEW Society for 2023/24.

Our objective is to provide a supportive network for female medical students interested in a career in surgery.

 

We Aim To:

- Help medical students develop skills and knowledge required to pursue a successful career in surgery.

- Allow medical students to network with experienced surgeons who can provide them with guidance and advice.

- Promote equality and diversity within the surgical field by empowering female medical students to pursue a career in surgery.
